Amit developed an interest in additive manufacturing while in the final year of his aerospace engineering degree at Monash University. After completing his degree, Amit decided to pursue a career in additive manufacturing.

Since then, Amit has become well versed in Additive Manufacturing, with over four years of experience working with laser powder bed fusion printers. Amit has undertaken projects that have included parameter development for newly acquired prints and newly developed alloys, as well as exploring new and alternative uses for laser powder bed fusion printers.

Amit joined the Conflux team in October 2023 as a Production Technician. In this role Amit is hands on throughout the additive manufacturing process, including machine set up, post processing, inspections and maintenance of equipment.

Amit leverages his expertise and experience to help streamline the production process, designing and implementing processes that will improve workflows.
