Dijon Valentim

Dijon brings deep experience in engineering leadership, operational delivery, and manufacturing systems across advanced automotive, additive manufacturing, defence, and product development environments.

Prior to becoming COO, Dijon was Conflux’s Engineering Services Manager, where he led engineering service delivery, improved project execution, and helped align technical output with customer and business priorities. He has previously led multidisciplinary engineering and project management teams in production operations, while delivering major capital equipment programs and building systems to improve reliability and on-time delivery.

Before joining Conflux, Dijon has held senior engineering roles across a diverse range of industries in the UK, UAE and Australia. He has led complex projects, developed engineering systems, and improved performance across manufacturing and thermal applications. His background includes rapid prototyping, systems design, product introduction, quality management, and process improvement, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
